Tariffs:
HIGH SEASON: [WA summer & Easter school holidays, Christmas, Easter and long weekends]
2 people: $200 per night; 3 night minimum stay [*].
LOW SEASON: [all other times]
2 people: $175 per night; 3 night minimum stay [*].[*] Two nights on application with owner: $50.00 surcharge applies.
- Extra people: $25.00 per person - conditions apply. Tariff is for two people occupying 1 bedroom. If two bedrooms required for two people, owner must be notified and a $50 surcharge per stay is applied if stay is one week or less, otherwise $50 surcharge is applied for each week of stay.
- Children over 8 and infants welcome but this property is not suitable for children under 8 years.
- Sorry, no pets.

Booking Terms:
Peak Season: Full balance payable 30 days prior to check in date.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations incur a $40 admin fee
- If booking cancelled before 30 days of check in date a full refund is given.
- If booking cancelled more that 7 days before check in date but within 30 days a one nights accomodation cost will be incurred
- If booking cancelled within 7 days of check in date, no refund.
